The new Coliseu Residences is equipped by Vicaima, a top European player in the design and production of vanguard solutions for doors, frames, wardrobes, panels and furniture elements. This new residential development, signed by the Pestana Group, is an expression of tranquillity and well-being, featuring modern design and comfort. The Vicaima solutions granted the Coliseu Residences a distinguishing factor, adding an elegant and timeless touch.
Hadden Homes

Chosen by select Scottish residential developer, Hadden Homes; for an attractive collection of 3 and 4 bedroomed houses at Glenluie Green in the rural village of Meigle, Perthshire. All rooms throughout the properties have been fitted with Vicaima veneered doors from the Naturdor® Range. Supplied with ‘A’ Grade Crown Cut North American Oak and face finished in a satin lacquer, their high-quality figured grain gives a luxury feel. In addition, Hadden Homes selected a ‘finishing touch’, with the inclusion of face grooving in the form of four horizontal lines with a contrasting darker stain, to create a contemporary 5 panel design.
Essenza

The new Essenza Condominium, one of Oporto’s recent luxury buildings, is an author’s project combining a privileged location with modern and contemporary architecture. Vicaima fully contributed to the creation of sophisticated apartments, where security perfectly blends with the striking architectural features of this development.

The Jacaranda tower of the Bosques de Tepepan project is another Latin American project integrating Vicaima products into its technical and design planning. It is a residential building with 120 apartments where the design of Vicaima interior doors is at its very essence.
Riverford Gardens

CCG Homes has chosen to partner with Vicaima quality interior doors in the new Coconut finish for their new, luxury Riverford Gardens project. Coconut cross directional woodgrain from Vicaima’s Exclusive Dekordor ®SD collection, provided the subtle brown tones and modern styling that CCG Homes felt would be ideal for this project.

Estoril Sol Residence
Lisbon, Portugal
Bold and luxurious residential development projected by the Office of the Architect Gonçalo Byrne. The aesthetics is minimalist and adopted white as the prevailing colour, inverse type, sliding and folding doors. The faced integration of these elements in the walls conferred the space, the perception of continuous and spacious plans.
